Transitive Sentences
 
1. Rina is eating pizza in the livingroom.

2. Anton played football yesterday.

3. I did my homework in my room.

4. Budi is reading a book about economic improvement in library.

5 Siti is buying fruit in a supermarket.

            Sentence in number one is a transitive sentence which consists of five elements, Rina , is, eating, pizza, and in the livingroom. The identifications are subject (Rina), predicate (is eating), object (pizza) and modifer of place (in the livingroom). Them Rina is noun (N), is eating (v1), pizza (o), and in the livingroom (adv of place). All of these are not phrase however eating pizza in number one is a phrase. Which it’s head is pizza.

            Sentence in number two is a transitive sentence which consists of four elements, Anton , played, football, yesterday. The identifications are subject (Anton), predicate (played), object (football) and modifer of time (yesterday).
